Westminster Abbey

We visited Westminster Abbey. We saw many many many tombs. One area is called poets corner. There is a statue of William Shakespeare with the beginning of The Tempest. We stood on the tombs of Charles Dickens, Laurence Olivier, and Rudyard Kipling. The German composer Handle is also buried at Westminster Abbey. There were so many tombs that some were just put in the floor because there was no more space. We also saw a memorial put in for Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
We also saw Big Ben.
